This 3 part Post Graduate Course is designed to offer you practical tools and new skill sets for making the Work more accessible in the world, while building your practice. This material is designed to compliment the material you've learned through your training and practice - to deepen and broaden your skills so that you can help spread the Work to more people with ease, clarity and joy.
The Course has been developed by Robyn Avalon, Founding Director of the Contemporary Alexander School and Co-Director of the Alexander Alliance Europe. Robyn has been teaching in groups, large and small, for over 50 years. In this Course, she has synthesized the essential skills required to effectively offer a direct experience of the Principles in a group setting, and through all activities and life situations.

The 3 courses available in varied locations throughout the year. They may be taken individually or collectively, and in any order. But, they are meant to function as a whole, with information from each class connecting with the material of the other classes, and therefore you will get the most out of the program by taking all 3 courses.
They are open to all AT teachers and trainees from all traditions and all levels of experience.
